Korax's father is a Tactical officer on a Bird of Prey. His mother stays on Qo'noS tending to his younger sister and brother as they aren't of age yet. His brother Rokar is a Pilot on the same Bird of Prey. Korax's decision to join Starfleet came as a shock to his family, but there is no ill will towards him for doing so, since the Federation is alligned with the Klingon Empire
Korax graduated from Starfleet Academy as a Flight Control Officer with skills in Operations and Engineering. He holds credentials for all three but recieved his highest accolades in Flight Control.
