Family history
Connor is the son of Thomas W., Ambassador to Cardassia, and T'Bel, an astrophysicist who currently teaches at the Vulcan Science Academy, San Francisco Branch. Connor was raised with a mixture of his two heritages, his parents allowing him to embrace his emotions while still looking for the logical perspective. Prior to joining Starfleet, Connor attended Princeton where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. It was there that he met his future wife, Leilani, and within the year, were married. During his last year of college, Connor's father and sister were killed near the Badlands when negotiations between the Federation, Maquis, and Cardassians went sour.
Education
Connor graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Doctorate in Cardiovascular Medicine and a minor in sociology from Princeton. In the academy, Connor proved himself to be an accomplished pilot, and elected to be a student instructor pilot as opposed to being a member of Nova Squadron. During his four years at Starfleet, Connor's many areas of study included interstellar diplomacy, interstellar sociology, and advanced cardiovascular medicine. His last year included an internship at the Interspecies Medical Exchange.
Medical profile
Although Connor's exterior more closely resembles a Vulcan (except for his height), his internal structure more closely resembles a human in placement. His blood is copper-based, which gives his skin the usual Vulcan greenish tint. As with other Vulcans, the size of Connor's midbrain is the same as other Vulcans, giving him similar telepathic abilities. Due to his training in Vulcan meditation techniques, as well as training in the ancient Chinese art of Qi-qong, Connor is psychologically stable, and though the deaths of his father and sister at the hands of the Cardassians were devastating to Connor, he overcame the grief with the help of his wife.

Physically, Connor has the pointed ears and the skin tone of a Vulcan, but not the typical height.
