His parents owned a cargo hauling buisness, Mu'lat enterprises. when he was 16, the ship that they were piloting came under attack by a maquis raiding party. THe maquis took them as prisoners, and his parents died in a "transporter accident" two weeks later, he was able to escape, he stole a shuttle and ran out of the demiliatarized zone. he was found 2 weeks later by Jeffery Wheller, who granted him passage back to earth. Sinnce his family could not be contacted, he was allowed to stay with the whellers
Education somewhat fragmented from 16 years old, on. Screenings from the federation intelligence, and other authorities interfered with his education until the age of 19. He completed Starfleet academy with few issues
Lost his arm onboard his parent's cargo ship at the age of 14, he has a prosthetic arm, it is extremely advanced,designed to match the skin's tone at any given time, if one didn't know it was there, they would never notice. He also lost his eye during his escape from the DMZ He has a prosthetic eye, which, while it is unable to see past the natural visible spectrum, he is able to use it as a sort of display device, when he paches it into a computer terminal that is compatible, such as a specialized tricorder.
Dark blue skin with a greenish touch. Pointy vulcan ears as well as andorian antennae, His hair is generally in a short mowhawk.
