Kiefer was raised in a household steeped in academia. Having been surrounded by a counselor and a historian, he was groomed in an environment that encouraged curiosity and interpersonal observance. Kiefer received his primary and secondary education on Rutia IV. His performance was adequate, but not exemplary. At Starfleet Academy, he completed the Operations track while participating in sports, having switched from Flight Control after injury. While participating in an intramural Pareses Squares event, Kiefer took a violent strike to the back with an Ion mallet.
Medical profile
Kiefer is allergic to sulfites. He was also prescribed a course of asinolyathin (A pain reliever and muscle relaxant. It is used primarily to treat muscle spasms and pain from muscular injuries.)
