Adrian Azumi-Miller

Adrian comes from the Luna Colonies, where the more influential and privileged families live. His father is a retired diplomat and his mother was crowned some fashion queen award, he cannot recall which one.

Adrian was raised in a good home with important morals and ethics instilled in him by his father and mother. Despite coming from a honoured family, Adrian did not want to deal in anyway with trade and diplomacy.

His brother Kip currently part of the advisory board for the Luna Ambassador to the United Federation of Planets. His sister is married and writes holonovels in her spare time - a few of which were short-listed for the UFP's Literary awards.

Adrian enlisted in Starfleet Academy straight out of high school, opting for a specialization in Tactics. He applied for and was accepted as a Tactical Team Leader aboard the starship Broadsword, where he served under CTO Catherine Raiser for a few years.

With encouragement and a recommendation from the Captain, Adrian took the courage to apply for his Officer candidacy exams. He passed with decent results, opting to stay on at the Academy to assist the various departments.

During a demonstration of the Combat Medics who served during the Dominion War, Adrian realized that he had a certain knack for Field First Aid. Adrian took two years off to complete his Emergency Medical Technician certification, stopping just short of joining Starfleet Medical.

Adrian met Lisa Miller, medical technician and science officer, on the Broadsword, falling in love with the woman and began courting her while serving on the Broadsword. Lisa fell pregnant with Adrian's first child, Raven, and gave birth on board the Broadsword. Opting to raise the family on the ship, Adrian and Lisa were married by Captain J'Het in a small ceremony on the ship and the two opted to share their surnames, instead of Lisa adopting his.
